The architectural concept was created by SB Architects, a firm with sixty years of experience whose portfolio includes Amara Hotel and Residences in Cyprus and the Ritz-Carlton Reserve at Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico.

    What does the name «Amazi» mean?

    Amazi can be translated as «the source of all good things.» The architects drew inspiration from Wadi Darbat — Dhofar's lush mountain valley known for its waterfalls and seasonal lakes — and built that connection to water directly into the masterplan, with lagoons, canals, and waterfront promenades running throughout the community.

    What districts make up Amazi?

    The development is organised into four distinct districts. Amazi Rise sits on a natural hill, delivering panoramic coastal views. Amazi Cove is encircled by canals, with private waterfront promenades for each residence. Amazi Islands offers villas across a ribbon of small connected islands directly on the water. Amazi Beach places residences just steps from the white sand shoreline.
